This policy explains what LVL UP Collective, LLC (“we”) collects on this website and why. We keep it short and literal.

What we collect

• Email sign-ups. Your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We also store the exact consent text you agreed to, its version, the time, and a hashed (not reversible) form of your IP address for abuse prevention.
• Campaign attribution. If you arrive through a link with campaign tags (for example from Instagram), we store the campaign name and source with your sign-up so we know which promotion worked. These tags never contain personal information.
• Usage analytics. We count page views and clicks (for example “ticket link clicked”) against an anonymous random identifier stored in your browser. It is not linked to your email or name.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not send marketing emails unless you ticked a box asking for them, and confirmed by email.
• We do not process payments on this site. Ticket purchases happen on the ticket provider’s site under their policy.
• We do not load advertising tracking tags unless you explicitly allow them in the cookie notice (none are currently configured).

Who processes it

• Sign-ups are stored in a database we control.
• Confirmation and event emails are delivered by an email delivery provider named here before launch.

Your choices

• Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all emails from us to that address.
• You can ask us to delete your data at any time by replying to any email we sent you.
